Quick Bodyweight Exercise Routine

Pressed for time? Try this sequence of four bodyweight exercises you can do every day that work your thighs, butt, abs, and arms. Takes less than 10 minutes. Perfect before your morning shower. You can do this! Remember to modify if needed.  

15 squats

squat

15 push-ups (knees off or on the floor)

push up

girl

15 bicycle crunches (rotate at waist while cycling legs off the floor)

crunch

30 to 60 second plank (hold high or low on forearms)
